Nice office with good facilities. Most people are friendly and as a whole very sociable. Extra 2 days holiday, and summer and Christmas parties. Work with some good customers.

The company has grown too fast and has come up against all sorts of problems making this a stressful and miserable environment to work in. Different departments argue with each other and there is a lot of back stabbing going on, trying to get each other in trouble. There are plenty of tears and cross words each day. The CCO acts like a child throwing a tantrum when things don't go his way, and senior management are unprofessional and treat their teams like children. There's plenty of swearing and accusations flying about. Nobody really knows why they're there; most of the senior staff have been promoted into jobs that are too advanced for them just because they've been there a long time and the result is bad management all round and lots of mistakes across the business and general lack of ownership. If someone fairly new isn't doing great at their job they don't get support or training, they just get put on a performance plan then sacked. About 10 people "disappeared" in 2 weeks recently. On the other hand people that have been there for years are allowed to get away with neglecting the most basic of their responsibilities causing complaints from customers. Lateness is a huge problem in the sales teams and as a result there are strict rules and lots of pointless whole department meetings on a Monday and Friday morning and every single afternoon as well as individual team meetings on the other mornings. At the same time staff are pressured to spend a certain amount of time on the phone...whilst being forced to go to pointless meetings.
