Pros
Really enjoyed the people I worked with. Laid back atmosphere. Could always have a good laugh with the group. No remote micromanaging so you can work from any country you want and they won’t check. Loved traveling around while “working.” Above average benefits.
Kontras
Comically bad pay and no incentive to perform. One of the worst paying roles in the industry. Takes about 1-2 hours per day to hit numbers. Given how bad the pay is, there is very little reason to do more than two hours of work per day. To be fair, I got some incredible sleep in during the day, and even some necessary errands. Maybe go out for a jog. Basically anything once I hit daily goal. Was not incentivized for commission so never tried. I guess I gave the return value that they were compensating me for. Every couple of month you will get a $5 Starbucks gift card that won’t even work. Perks!
