Good Solid Company - Operator bei Puget Paving: Mitarbeiterbewertung

As a new employee, I had several foremen that showed a vested interest in my success. They were patient with me as I learned the various skills needed on each job site and pushed me to grow. I was exposed to a variety of jobs and got a taste of pretty much all that Puget Paving does. The majority of employees really wanted to be there and it showed in the work environment. A lot of people chose to be there over other jobs due to the culture and environment of Puget Paving. There seems to be a real willingness to work and to be a part of Puget Paving. A lot of construction jobs seem to be like a revolving door of characters whereas here there's a sense of stability and desire to stick around.

As great as the vast majority of the employees are, there are one or two that are a bit difficult to work around. They're great workers themselves and know their way around this industry. But as a newcomer, they often failed to recall that I was new and didn't know how to do everything and would expect me to know how to do things without providing any sort of explanation of the task at hand. The rest of my experience more than made up for the times I worked around them though. Definitely a net positive experience.
