5yThank you for taking the time to provide a review and giving us an opportunity to address your concerns. There have been changes to our IT staff over the past year with four people leaving the team, each for different reasons. We understand that our teams are small enough that losing even just one person creates challenges, which is why we have been so invested in bringing on additional highly skilled Associates to our team to manage the workload and support our growing client base.
We also recognize that while the changes to hours and lunches are temporary, they have a big impact on your workday and overall employee experience. We are working to lessen that impact. With lunches temporarily being reduced in duration, Prosource is supplying lunch for all staff during this period.
These temporary changes are due not to poor management but rather to incredible growth. With our IT division growing so quickly over the past year, finding skilled technicians with the right culture fit is a priority – not just from a business perspective, but from a team perspective as well.
