They pride themselves in being nice. People are willing to learn new skills for new work or at least fake it until they can often make it. Not as intense as bigger consulting firms but depends on team lead.

Lack of strategic thinking. Asked to be a data person with client with no data experience—expected to learn my way through with client who thought I was expert which is against my values.
