Nice people and calm environment

There really isn't any cons.

The hiring process was fairly quick. I had a total of two interviews before receiving the offer. The staff is diverse and inclusive.

Management doesn't have clear instructions or policies. Training was non existent. I was expected to know how to do the job without any guidance and when I made decisions I was told I made the wrong decision. Health benefits are unaffordable, and unless you are a member of upper management, wages are very low.
