Pros

Great Nepotism and favoritism. Great Pressure and torcher. A perfect place for freshers—if you're looking to ruin your career before it even starts.

Kontras

On the very first day of the internship, I was shocked — they had hired 40 interns, mostly from West Bengal, Bhopal, and Gujarat. The company doesn't even exist in West Bengal or Bhopal. When we asked the CEO about it, he straight up said, “People from Gujarat leave early, and interns from Bengal come cheaper.” Seriously? There was clear stipend discrimination. Everyone doing the same work, but getting paid differently. Still, all of us were full of energy, ready to learn and contribute. Big mistake. Then came the real joke — they randomly gave us tech stacks to learn in 1.5 months. No proper guidance, just “learn it and deal with it.” After that, the torture began — no leaves, working Mon to Sat, constant pressure, mental stress, and zero support. They literally grind you like machines. Fast forward to May — out of 40 interns, only 12 got full-time offers. And guess what? That looked like success back then, but now it’s a total trap. The ones who didn’t get selected? They’re working in better companies now, doing well. But the ones who got selected? Most of them are still waiting. Joining is delayed till February 2026. Imagine waiting almost a year for a job that might not even happen. Some of them are depressed, broke, and have an 8-month career gap now — and this company doesn’t even bother to respond properly. Meanwhile, their CEO and other employees are out giving lectures at universities, acting like they’re changing lives — when in reality, they’re just playing with careers.
