Extremely poor leadership has seen the company lose almost half of its workforce over the past 2 years. As mentioned in other reviews, CEO cut worker's pay 20% when business started going downhill. Bonuses or pay raises are pretty much non-existent too (although the billing rates rose from $110/hr to $170/hr during my tenure). They seem to cycle through new engineering grads as a strategy - they either can't attract nor care to keep the experienced engineers. Overall not a place to plan a career, and probably on its way out
