Pros

There's a lot of really passionate people here who care a lot. Compensation was decent at the start, but eventually found it not worth the stress. I found the benefits to be nice as well as the physical workplace. The whole building was redone in the last year.

Kontras

Poor management from lower level managers. Didn't feel supported by management and didn't feel like there was any clear path for me to grow in the company. There also seems to be a lack of communication between teams and this leads to a lot of stress to meet tight timelines. Be prepared to have no clear line between personal and work time. You are expected to be responsive at all times. Impromptu weekend work was not uncommon (salaried employee so no overtime for weekend work). Overall I found it to be too chaotic of a workplace for me and didn't feel supported by the team.
