The biggest letdown was the management. Blatant favoritism, where only the ones close to the management team got the biggest slices of the pie, so to speak. Salaries were wildly inconsistent, especially between staff of different nationalities with same job scopes - and sometimes, even those among the same nationality had some strangely inconsistent salary ranges. And speaking of salaries, oh, the salary delays were nightmarish.
