- Blame culture. There is zero accountability among management. They'll act like slave-drivers and then blame you for their lack of proper direction and leadership.
- Employees are not valued. They will hire you for one position and then move you around and keep adding to your workload without training you or even bothering to tell you about the change to your face. At most, you'll get an email out of the blue explaining your new duties.
- Can't deliver on their promises. Management is great at talking and acting big, but absolutely horrible at practicing what they preach. They claim to donate to charity but are constantly screwing their own employees. Many are paid below minimum wage.
- For a business that relies so heavily on customers, they treat customers pretty horribly. Running out of stock for months at a time, and then not only refusing to put a "temporarily out of stock" banner on the site, but also not even telling the customers that they won't get their order in time because of it.
- No benefits.
