Run away please!!! - General Manager bei Pressed Cafe: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Training there is a joke and the training managers are clueless. As a GM they start you with a good salary but working over 60 hours consistently breaks it down to about $23 n hour which is ridiculous and that’s why there turnover is probably 3 to 400 % lol. They treat there staff horrible and need to change or there not going to be around in the next 5 to 10 years. I tried my best to learn as much as I could but after a month of horrible training and biting my lip so I wouldn’t go off on these incompetent managers I had to leave.
