- Founder has quite low EQ. Tommie tries to instil the mindset that everyone is a founder and is unhappy that employees don't feel the same passion. Perhaps provide some equity/better pay/work life balance? - Founder also doesn't appreciate how hard his staff works. Will call you up at all times of the day (including weekend). Similarly, he gets mad when things don't go his way - Culture can be quite toxic, particularly from the top. Don't want to harp on Tommie but feels like this is due to his poor leadership qualities. - Work life balance is horrible. The company expects you to work 7 days a week and the extra compensation days you get as a result of working extra is essentially unusable. Probably have worked on my weekend for more than half the year - Pay is not in line with the working hours - Unless there is new management, I would stay away from ever working at this company due to the toxic culture set by the founder and
