You never know where you stand with your role. There are no clear paths of progression for your career. If your not 'in' with the crowd you're on your own, nobody will reach out to you first and people will talk about you behind your back Very very sales pressured jobs, if you don't deliver you are out, no time to develop Small company punching above its weight, I often wondered if I'd get paid at the end of every month Make you do a stupid about the history of the company upon joining, designed to boost the Directors ego's further No clear divisions between roles, if under resourced in a department you could be doing something you're not used to Feels like you work as a prize presentation barbie doll on a game show You will eventually get the shaft Ill advised work place relationships made it a difficult environment to work in

We appreciate Glassdoor reviews are about perception & opinion, however, it’s completely misleading & inaccurate to suggest Practicus struggles with paying our staff. We’re in our 12th year of trading, have appeared in Virgin Fast Track twice, had record turnover & profit in 2014 and have a world class debt management team to avoid client bad debt. Practicus achieved Investor in People (IIP) Gold Standard in Q4 2014, something only the top 1.5% of companies in the UK achieve and something that would never be awarded if we were unable to meet wage bills! We are also a Sunday Times Best Company to work for, both this and the IIP awards are independently audited by a third party who interview our staff anonymously, during the course of which none of these issues have ever been raised. It is worth noting that Glassdoor do zero due diligence on who enters the reviews, they don’t even check that the person worked for us, it could well be a competitor who has added this, it’s impossible to tell. The biggest challenge to our growth aspirations isn’t paying wages but securing more exceptional talent to fuel our growth areas. If reading this as a prospective employee please be assured that, if successful in our selection process, you will always get paid.

• From top to bottom: brilliant people with a genuinely collaborative culture • Strong opportunities for growth, responsibility and development • Leadership trusted people to contribute ideas and own their areas • Fast-paced environment with exposure to meaningful, high-impact work • Lots of talented colleagues who were supportive and ambitious • Good camaraderie and team spirit, especially during demanding periods • Work felt purposeful and commercially relevant

Kontras

• The pace and expectations can be intense at times • The culture can be too collaborative – it can sometimes feel like every decision big and small requires multiple agreeing parties and compromises to go through (when it does though, you are set.) • It’s an agile business and the priorities can and do shift quickly (be careful if you’re not good with pressure and uncertainty)
