While I was employed, the company acquired and successfully integrated four billing companies and one technology firm. PracticeMax utilizes proprietary data analytics and dynamic reporting to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and enhance physician practice performance. The platform includes a robust denial monitoring feature that analyzes denials by payer, denial reasons, number of denied claims and percentage of total claims. Its leadership consists of a seasoned group of industry experts that collaboratively work with employees to ensure customers receive seamless turn-key practice management services. Employees are valued, well-trained, and mentored with best industry practices. There is considerable opportunity for career growth for dedicated employees that demonstrate a solid work ethic, including advancement into senior positions. I have learned a great deal while working at this company, and have leveraged the lessons learned to advance my career outside the company. I strongly recommend PracticeMax for hard working individuals that are looking to learn best practices, advance their career, and increase their marketability within the industry

Pros

Two things. One: Fellow peers were great but we're not allowed to ask each other questions may not be even allowed to speak to each other. Two: the companies corporate benefits.

Kontras

This company is verrrry HUGE on Micro-Management even though they 'say' they don't. The training they provide is basic school training that you already know from school NOT the 'actual' training for your position itself. If you can't learn from a group training this jobs not for you. They do not train one on one. They EXPECT you to know what you are doing from the day you're hired. They do not care if you have been there for more than a decade or whether or not you're on a fixed income trying to make ends meet. No compassion from this company what do ever!
