Very good place to start and get in the industry.

Very toxic management style, near impossible to open a franchise if you aren't at the good side of the inside politics. Salary raises are not fairly given. Most common work laws are not respected like just 15 minutes break for a 7 hour shift etc.

Good schedule options for students, and late night hours are frequently cut. Free food as well. There is flexibility though.

No raises, lack of professionality, difficult to get more hours. Super tiring and you're not allowed a break most times (illegal).
