Postman has been one of the most collaborative and growth-oriented environments I’ve worked in. The people genuinely care about the product, customers, and each other, which creates a strong culture of ownership and innovation. There’s a lot of opportunity to make an impact, regardless of role or level, and leadership encourages cross-functional collaboration and new ideas. I’ve especially appreciated how transparent many teams are and how willing people are to help each other succeed. The company is also solving meaningful problems in the API and developer ecosystem, so the work feels relevant and exciting. Great teammates, smart people, and a fast-moving environment where you can learn a ton.

Like many companies evolving from a strong PLG foundation toward a more mature SLG motion, there are naturally some growing pains around process, prioritization, and alignment across teams. Things can move quickly, and sometimes roles or expectations shift as the company scales enterprise motions and operational rigor. That said, it’s also an exciting time because leadership is actively investing in building the right GTM structure, and employees have a real opportunity to help shape how the company evolves. If you enjoy ambiguity, change, and being part of a scaling journey, it can actually be a very rewarding environment.
