- Product loved by millions and at the center of agentic revolution. - you talk to candidates and they are genuinely excited about the opportunity at Postman or are big fans of the product having used themselves. I've never worked at a company where this was the case. - recruiters have a seat at the table and are allowed to actually make a difference - Postman is going through a major transition and I'm excited to be part of the team that's bringing in new breed of Postmanauts who bring the skills and motivation we need to succeed in the AI era. - 5 days a week in office. after having worked remote for my last three jobs, i'm actually excited about being in office. - medical benefits are amazing. I pay $0, lunch everyday, snacks, drinks and lots of other impromptu refreshments and team events.

Kontras

Pros

Very positive and straightforward interview process. Best onboarding I've ever been a part of - I felt ready to sell immediately after Flight School. After my first 30 days, I'm even more excited to be here. The sales org recently went through somewhat of a transition period but things have leveled out and excitement is building around the new direction and product - the culture being built is excellent.
