- Disorganized leadership at times. Product ideas aren’t seen as potential tailored offerings but given for free. Yet, obvious freebies are classified as products. - No clear understanding of backlog operations. Overpromising without recognizing the effort in backlog work and maintenance. It’s not the teams’ fault, but work is pushed to them without much prior thought.
