They were quite meticulous about their Agile processes. I learned more about what the process actually meant there than anywhere else. We had actual demos of completed work at the end of every sprint, followed by a retrospective. Improvements to the process were built into the process. And to contribute to something so profoundly meaningful was truly an honor.
