      Pros

      Work environment seems nice, nice to participate in community events, benefits are good and some salary positions are good.

      Kontras

      Upper management has no clue and doesn't seem to care about employees. Lots of lawsuits have been filed by employees over the past years. Board of directors really runs the show and makes the decisions around the place. Quotas are set for employees and if you do not make them you are out of there.

      Pros

      Plus4 is a great Credit Union to work at. Great community involvement and employees work very hard taking care of members.

      Try to avoid turnovers in staffing.
