There is no training, is expected you to jump straight to the role There is not enough staff for the amount of business the company is getting, so there is a lot of pressure on the team on daily basis Internal communication needs improvement on the team building spirit (there is almost a split between teams) Failure is not welcome and constructive feedback does not exist Some higher management needs to learn how to approach team members.
