Pros

- Work from home opportunity - low energy office job - benefits are decent - potential growth

Kontras

There is favoritism and discrimination at play here. When I worked here, I met my husband who happens to be related to one of the supervisors here. After the supervisor found out, I started to get unfairly treated. During my training, the supervisor isolated the trainees into a groupchat with just them, so we could only ask questions to them. They would ignore all my questions and answer everybody else’s. Everybody in the chat noticed. When my husband pulled his aunt aside to ask why they were treating me like that, she told him “I just don’t like her for you.” That type of treatment stopped them from sending me home the same time as everybody else that started training with me. They delayed it because they wanted to teach me something they didnt teach anybody else, because I “had more experience.” But thats not true the other people that got sent home had a lot more experience and education than I did. Me getting sent hone got delayed a second time because I called off for a bad foot infection that made me very sick and stopped me from walking. They didn’t care because i called off two other times within the 3 months i was there. (All times has been for 1-2 days with a doctors note). When I was just about to go home, my director saw me on my phone and delayed me going home again. At this point, i realize it was a valid reason, but it was the straw that broke this camels back. I was staying quiet about everything because of the promise of me being able to work from home. When I tried going to HR, they told me all the HR representatives worked from home and that Id need to speak to my director about my issues first. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable. I knew they were all close to each other on a personal level. but I got a call from the director anyway and never got a chance to go to HR. Instead I got terminated over calling out that day. The supervisors in the data entry department give off a very obnoxious, arrogant vibe to them. You don’t see it at first until you’ve worked in office for a few weeks. They also micromanage whilst not following policy themselves. It’s unprofessional. You can tell they come back from their supervisor meetings drunk because they come back disruptive and smelling of liquor. As far as the policies go, they’re strict. Especially their call off policy. It doesn’t matter if you get hospitalized or have a doctor note. Youd be at risk of termination. Even if you’re a good worker that worked for them for 13+ years, I’ve met some of them and they are not happy working there. They make less than I started with. They stay for insurance and because it’s convenient to. But they’re overworked with new responsibilities piling up on them without any raise.

Pros

+ Relatively passable starting pay for the position + Decent benefits (at time of writing -- 08/14/2025) + Break room is spacious, well-equipped, and reasonably clean

Kontras

- Tedious work -- feels more like a factory job than healthcare - Weekend work is required for all(?) employees - *Maximum* starting pay for a PhT is the extrapolated minimum hourly rate for sustainable living in the current economy - Management seems to be regularly in flux - High, constant throughput -- expect little to no downtime
