      1. Benefits package is very good 2. Health and dental coverage is very good and includes your parents 3. For a new grad it gives you work that you won't ba able to do at most other organizations

      1. When you a good job it goes by without even a thank you 2. Management don't seem to be involved

      PRC is a good place to be if you are open minded, willing to do things a little bit different than maybe what you have done before and you recognize and look for the opportunities.
