Leadership is chaotic and micromanaging, lacking strategic vision or people skills. You as employee will 100% feel the pressure. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant — decisions are driven by internal politics, not merit. No real investment in employee development or modern processes; you're expected to figure things out in a broken system. Feedback culture is non-existent or punitive. Raising concerns leads to defensiveness or being sidelined. Communication is poor, and priorities shift weekly depending on who’s shouting the loudest. High turnover across departments, but leadership pretends everything is fine. Management often offloads blame instead of taking ownership — even for problems they created.
