Pros
I've worked at Perry Street for over 2 years now and I love it. My experience has been overall positive, and I appreciate being able to grow in my role and feel supported by upper management. While there's of course a focus on meeting deadlines, doing good work, etc., there's also definitely a good work/life balance and flexibility that I haven't seen in other companies. I also believe there's a good level of understanding a care that management has for it's employees, and they take measures to make sure the employees have different bonding opportunities. Also, they've done an amazing job ever since I started here to make the diversity and inclusion far better than when I started which I'm very proud of.
Kontras
The unfortunate aspect of being part of a small company that's not publicly traded, doesn't offer stocks, etc, is that their salary bands are on the lower side. They do offer great benefits however, and overall I feel that working for this company is very fulfilling and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend working here. They also take privacy seriously, even for employees which I really respect and appreciate.
