There are accumulating benefits, including monetary, the longer you are with the company. Great and intelligent colleagues, managers, company leads. How the company is doing financially is very transparent and the employees reap the benefits with Performance Validation being 100% employee-owned. Your voice and recommendations are heard. You are encouraged to develop yourself professionally and PV supports trainings and certifications.

Client work can vary immensely in project work, hours, obligations, etc. However, there are opportunities to receive additional support or discuss workload with management. There are fewer opportunities for employee to employee engagement for those who are supporting clients outside of major regions that have several employees.
