      Financial stability and sometimes the customers feed you on routes so you don’t have to spend out of pocket.

      Wear and tear on the body down the line and customers try to talk to you crazy.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
