      Good paychecks. $14.10 an hour plus we're working approximately 55 hours a week.

      Kontras

      Shift is usually from 4pm to 4am or later. Most days are 10+ hours and average about 11 hours a day.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
