There is a huge list of cons. Let me start out by saying that the owner belittles his employees and is someone who Micromanages and counts profit by the minute. Personally witnessed good employees subjected to workplace bullying. I was also subjected to this and left immediately. If any person has common sense please read this: "DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT APPLYING HERE" Writing this review is giving flashbacks of how horrid a place can be. What's sad is people will always need jobs and those that lack information will be taken advantage of. It's not even worth a single second to learn from this company which solely consists of insurance agents running a service-based business yet offers bad service. The numbers will speak for itself and don't be surprised if they are fabricated. It's better to learn from a larger organization that has been more established if you want a career in this industry. Lack of ethics and morals from all angles. Everyone seemed to be unhappy here and were scared to speak up because there is no open door policy. This place needs to be investigated by the EEO
