Flexible working hours - 32hrs per week across 4 days but with full-time salary high above the national living wage. You get to pick your own starting and finish time within the business hours and can get up to an hour breaks per day. You get to decide when you work from home as well and every other week you get 4 days off in a row (Fri-Mon).
You get 28+ days of holidays, bank holidays and two weeks for Christmas.
