- mostly remote/hybrid work, they used to provide lunches on the days you come to the office but kind of phased it out. Will give bonuses every year and small raise after evaluations

- super micromanagement m, unclear on things and expectations of things they haven’t trained you on fully, no room to grow or any real offers to grow. Very small pay raises.
