Annual Incentive Plan -- nice that it is holding its value year-over-year as the same cannot be said for all benefits at the company.

Kontras

Employee share of medial benefits is rising and usefulness of benefits is declining. Newer employees have even fewer benefit options.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
