Removed flexible part time and full time WFH policy, after implying it was here to stay. Do not value their employees. They'd rather contract out work or hire new less experienced employees rather than promoting and retaining the employees they already have, as a result everyone is quitting. The company only cares about doing more work with less employees. Too slow to respond to change. Yearly raises are a joke compared to inflation rates.
