Pros

Utilities are generally more stable than some industries.

Kontras

The pay and benefits are significantly below their competitors, yet they demand much more of their employees. They run their departments short staffed which is compounded by their poor compensation. These factors in combination with issues within the union has created a toxic work environment.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
