Lots of managers, directors, and vice presidents versus individual contributors. You will be told to get something done with few guidelines and vague expectations - then told to redo it at the last minute. Zero work / life balance. Be ready to work 50-60 hour weeks because of poor planning by management. Top performers put in a lot overtime and receive no meaningful recognition (raises, bonuses, etc.). Nearly impossible to get a promotion or change roles.
