-none that i can remember

- management is given in the hands of HR which is doing worst politics. - Hire and fire policy for all the employees. - increment is not based on performance but on flattering basis - Lot of stress is put on all the employees, treated like slaves - No leaves granted , too much of partiality.

1. Strict Adherence to time, making people realise its value 2. Professionalism - Starters learn the professionalism 3. Projects and execution in high pressure makes you market ready 4. Recognition for your work 5. CEOs are real teachers they do encourage alot for you to become a team player as well as an IC

1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
