Pros
Worklife balance is not too bad generally, unless you are in CRA, CTM or Finance. 13th month bonus. That's about it.
Kontras
Benefits are virtually non-existent. Nothing in pantry except water dispensing machine. People are generally not too friendly and not sociable, keep to themselves. No one joins any committee (social, health or charity), nothing fun going on, don't even have annual D&D. Office is cold & quiet like dead town. Senior management fly from Australia or US to SG office, asked for suggestions or improvements but no action thereafter. Company announces profits annually but bonus is like 2 weeks of your monthly pay or less. Increment is 3% or less annually. HR is like non existent, remotely managing from Philippines or India. Annual medical examinations only include height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. Not comprehensive nor beneficial at all. Relatively high turnover. Hardly any classroom training or guidance, pretty much everything is online learning, so if you are new hire you are pretty much on your own trying to figure things out yourself, pray that you have nice colleague to show you. Overall, messy, disorganised, low moral, bad culture with favouritism.
