- Complete lack of leadership from the very top at the Cypriot office. - Complete disconnect between Germany and Cyprus. Cyprus office is used as cheap labour. - No development, nobody cares - No promotion opportunities, not even any path to promotion - German office gets far superior benefits, way more holidays, snacks fruit drinks in office. Balance it out! - Yet it is expected that Cyprus office works close with German, so much so that we have to travel Germany frequently, and argue with the management that they will need to owe us additional holiday allowance. Managers are based in Germany! again we are used as cheap labour. - CYPRIOT Company Pension scheme is a joke, 5 years minimum to work with Plath, otherwise all benefit is removed. How is this a pension? the German equivalent is very different! - Few benefits are stupid, e.g. gym membership, but at a specific gym. Why not simply give a gym allowance, so that we can become a member of a local gym close to our homes. Instead, it feels more like an underhand payment to a friend who owns the gym. - Staff leave left and right, because of these issues. - Sort it out.

Outdated technologies. Inexperienced engineers through all dev teams and principal level engineers. Poor pay compared to industry.
