I'm in the dark about the future, and feel more used and taken for granted than valued. - Engineer bei PDI Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There seems to be a lot going on behind closed doors that the lower/remote teams don't know about, staff migrations and the high churn of remote engineers, (although probably not the fault of PDI directly, more the company they bought out). No information on new, existing or lost contracts, key staff jumping ship to other departments and competitors. I guess once they have a story they can present to owners and shareholders tied up in a bow, worthy staff will be given an update, then the rest of us will find out through the grapevine as per usual
