The management is lacking in experience. Many are first timers with little understanding of how to delegate and develop those that report to them. There is clear favoritism and promotions are given out with absolutely no clear reasoning or rubric. In fact, they are often given without any announcement. There is a clear misappropriation of resources. Some groups work much longer hours than others. Lastly, meetings are too frequent without any actionable agenda extracted from them. Often a huge waste of time.
