Pros

Money for doing very little 9-5 hours so very easy Breaks throughout (not payed for though)

Kinda scamming old people into buying lottery tickets and harassing people over the phone as your taught to not take no as an answer “if they’re really uninterested they’ll hang up” as opposed to them saying no I’m not interested or screaming to stop calling them. And your meant to ignore if the customer is struggling financially The way they get the peoples numbers we call are through small checkbox’s that opt them into phone calls so they practically don’t ask for the calls. Management are condescending and only really care about sales Some employees are oblivious to the fact that the business going on is dodgey

Good working hours 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Kontras

No support from management condescending and just plain nasty was basically just conning elderly people out of money at some points you can hear just how frail these people are ! They don’t care and don’t support unless your making sales. Lasted all of 3 weeks before I walked out crying because of how stressed and how bad I was made to feel.
