The research spans all areas of deep tech, making for varied and interesting projects. - Crowdsourcing as a concept is still relatively new, and so there's a lot of space to innovate. Outsmart has a culture of data-driven continuous improvement, and I have loved designing, building and implementing various tools, features and processes to support all aspects of company growth. - As it's a small company, everyone's work counts and is valued. Also, you're given opportunities that you otherwise wouldn't have access to over a wide range of aspects of a business, from sales to marketing to community management and leading projects - no day is the same! - Outsmart Insight really values the team.
