OuterBox is, without question, the worst job I have ever had in my professional life…
- A toxic workplace landscape from upper management and down. What you hear from your manager is smoke and mirrors.
- A chop shop approach with packaged solutions that are so convoluted, it’s a shock that customers stick around long term
- Compensation is trash, compared to industry standard. It’s borderline insulting
- Senior leadership is a gossip clique that talks negatively about direct reports behind their backs, usually leading to un constructive feedback and criticism of employees,
- Do you like standard operating procedures? If so, this is the place for you! They have checks and balances for their checks and balances. A daily time suck that impacts deliverables and timelines.
- Never enough time in the day to get tasks done, which leads to unpaid overtime and a non existent work life balance.
- The insurance offering was the worst I have had in my 15 years of professional work. The network stinks out loud, and the co pays are appalling
- A complete lack of transparency about career path and upcoming organizational changes. Example; they will hire you for one position and then change your job description without notice.
