Horrendous management in Melbourne contact centre - Technical Expert bei Optus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Absolutely horrendous management. They have more than 5-10 people in senior management positions for 10-20 employees and they literally have no better things to do then to keeps pressing the employees with no valid reason. Unethical practices by management to make a case for themselves showing they are working hard but in reality they have no better things to do here, in summary very toxic management.
