Nepotism in hiring and management, IT access is ticketed and has slow resolution, frequent layoffs (there is a calendar layoff season) check layoff.com, no communication between “Pillars” which makes it difficult when functions overlap and miscommunication causes tension. They cut a lot of pay for workers from Landmark when they started dismantling the company to absorb employees.insurance is terrible.
