Worst Company!!! Dont ever join this Consultancy - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Optimum Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is no permanent jobs in Optimum. They just deploy in client place. All projects are short term. They claim minimum one year of work with employee but its not actually. They dont pay you if your not billed from client. If no project from client, then no salary. There is no concept of bench/pool for atleast one month. Salary will be paid on time if your working in project. If no project, no salary. No proper response from HR. You have to follow them like a beggar to get your work done.
