No work life balance No such thing as break time(even if in your contract it is written, they do not follow anything) Only those, that are close to management are getting paid higher Overtime worked hours? At first they are gonna ask why you worked overtime, and then wont get you paid, and would suggest to make sure you work only on those hours that are written in your contract(although they are the ones, that made you to work overtime) Hackathons? Dont even think about particiapting, they are gonna make you to work for free on saturdays and sundays, saying you must work, cause we say so, if you dont, they will fire you They are lying to everyone, pretending they are doing big things, making big plans
