Candidates are hired based on one's skillset and past work experience, not one's caste or religious believes. We have a strict policy that makes employment discrimination of any type unacceptable. Managers understand the zero-tolerance discrimination policy. We also appreciate your statement about the managers. People leave Managers, not Companies. We spend time with different departments' management and employees to try to gain a broader sense of common issues. Our managers undergo continuous leadership training. Pros

I learned so many great principles during my time with OpsRamp. Working with PM, other members in the design team, and dev. I will hold onto that for the rest of my career. Miss working with a number of these talented folks/friends. The only reason I left was to work at a startup with an old co-worker as a director.

Kontras

Sometimes we had multiple projects going on at a time. This was hard at times to keep focus but also kept it fresh for our team so it's a double-edged sword. I preferred more work and we did some innovative things with our design system and processes we created.

Thank you for the candid positive feedback. As you rightly stated, it's a double-edged sword when having multiple projects as we keep up being innovative. The pandemic has changed the way we work.
