Onto is very short sighted and very disorganized. They operate on two ERP systems, there are no processes, inaccurate bills of materials, inaccurate production plans, no continuous improvement plans, no strategic direction, no career advancement opportunities, lower than average salaries, disgruntled employees, high turnover, high stress, poor raises, and chaotic interactions. Their solution is to hire managers externally to put more pressure on the people trying to get the job done with limited resources and too many responsibilities.
